Our goal is to lower the barrier to entry and bring the power of FPGA technology to the wider engineering community.

Faster Technology distinguishes ourselves from the competition by sticking closely to two main philosophies; utilize industry standards as much as possible and never reinvent what has already been done.

Our hardware products use industry standard components such as SFP, PCI, and SATA on the boundaries and industry standard protocols internally such as FSL, OPB, and PLB bus structures to tie them all together.  For us, this philosophy allows us to take huge advantage of open source and third party utilities.  For our customers, this means that our hardware products are easy to integrate into larger development projects and they don't spend time learning the peculiar protocols of an esoteric environment.  

By going with the grain of emerging industry trends we were able to develop a comprehensive toolkit to support our hardware and enable our customers to get their customized solutions to market in development cycles orders of magnitude quicker than typical FPGA based projects. We have significantly lowered the barrier to entry for FPGA based processing solutions.
